7 Day Kenya + Uganda

This 07 Day Kenya Uganda Safari will take you to Maasai Mara National Reserve and Bwindi Forest National Park and encounter great wildebeest migration and other African wildlife animals in Mara, Kenya and gorilla trekking tours in Uganda.

Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, meet with the company guide and meet and greet and after transfer to your hotel for overnight stay at the Boma Hotel, Nairobi. Meal plan: B/B

Day1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Park

Have breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi and after embark the safari vehicle and transfer to Maasai Mara National Park and upon arrival check at Mara Enkorok Camp for lunch and after in the evening go for an evening photographic game drive looking for African wildlife species like lions, elephants, leopards, wildebeests among others. Dinner and overnight at Mara Enkorok Camp. Meal plan: H/B

Day2: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast with picnic lunch, you spend full day game viewing with a visit to the Mara River where there is concentration of a lot of animals. You will have your picnic lunch as you watch the crocodiles, hippos and other animals living in water. This day you will have the option of going to visit the Maasai villages. All meals and overnight stay at your Mara Enkorok Camp. Meal plan: F/B

Day3: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast with picnic lunch, you spend full day game viewing with a visit to the Mara River where there is concentration of a lot of animals. You will have your picnic lunch as you watch the crocodiles, hippos and other animals living in water. This day you will have the option of going to visit the Maasai villages. Day4: Maasai Mara National Reserve – Entebbe

Have breakfast and after transfer to Mara airstrip to board the Aero Link Charter at 08: 45 am fly to Entebbe International Airport in Uganda via the Kisumu for immigration and then proceed to the airport where you will arrive at 11:30 pm and you will be picked up from the airport and transfer to the Karibu Guest House for lunch. Afternoon visit to the Ngamba Islands Chimpanzee Sanctuary where you will experience the view of the orphaned chimps and this takes like 45 minutes boat cruise to the sanctuary and upon arrival view the chimps and thereafter return back to Entebbe. Dinner and overnight at Karibu Guest House. Meal plan: F/B

Day5: Entebbe – Bwindi Forest National Park

Have breakfast and after embark the safari jeep and transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park with lunch en-route at Agip Motel, Mbarara. After continue to the park which habits half of the mountain gorillas in the world. Dinner and overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Camp. Meal plan: F/B

Day6: Gorilla Trekking Tour or Gorilla Habituation Experience

Early morning breakfast and after transfer to the starting point of the gorilla trekking experience in the mist. Take briefing from the park head ranger and after you will be allocated to a certain gorilla family and then in a group of 08 members enter into the jungle to see the mountain gorillas. It is one hour allowed to stay with the great apes to take photos and videos. After return to the park offices for your gorilla trekking certificate. Or optional take the Gorilla Habituation Experience and this you go in a group of 04 members and it takes like 04 hours with the gorillas in the mist. After return to the Arcadia Cottages for refreshment as you wait for dinner and overnight stay. Meal plan: F/B

Day7: Lake Bunyonyi – Entebbe/Kigali

Have breakfast and after embark the safari jeep and transfer back to Kampala or Kigali with lunch en-route. After drive back to Entebbe or Kigali for your flight back home! End of services
